Please follow these steps to proceed with your order:
1. Choose the size of your printed canvas or digital file (self-printing).
2. Purchase the portrait, add to cart, and purchase.
3. Once you purchase a custom cartoon portrait, send us an email to [email protected] and include the following info:
Choose a high-resolution pictures for your portrait, attach it to the email.
Choose your portrait VERTICAL or HORIZONTAL option, let us know in the email.
4. For better results of the portrait commission, we will need the best quality pictures you have of the person or pet you want on the portrait.
5. If no proof is required, we’ll proceed with your order immediately to production.
6. If proof is required, a draft print will be emailed to you within 24 to 72 hours of order received.

Unstretched canvas size:
Digital file (self-printing).
Small canvas A4 – 21cm x 30cm (8.3 x 11.7 inch).
Medium canvas A3 – 30cm x 42cm (11.7 x 16.5 inch).
Large canvas A2 – 42cm x 60 cm (16.5 x 23.4 inch).
Extra Large 50cm X 70cm (19.6 x 27.5 inch).
Digital file delivery
If you choose the digital file option: The supplied files will include a high-resolution PDF. If you’d prefer your files in a different format, please let us know and we’ll happily provide it for you!

Production and shipping
We design your custom artwork printed canvas within 24 to 48 hours of order received. Production time it’s between 3-5 days and deliveries can take up to 15-25 working days to Australia and 30 days to the USA. Arrives from China in a secure packaging on a hard plastic tube to avoid any damages.
